Privacy

This page says what we do with personal data on this site, and what we do not do. It is written to be read, not to be long.

Who we are

Dream Blastoff d.o.o., VAT ID HR75857547063.

We decide what happens to the personal data described on this page. Write to privacy@siterank.world about anything on it.

What you publish when you buy

An entry is public. The directory shows the address you submit, the country, the amount, and the date. While your payment is the largest for a country, the map also shows the name, the line of copy, and the colour you chose. Do not submit a name or a line of copy that you do not want the world to read.

We fetch the address you submit, to read its title and to copy its icon and its preview image. We serve our own copies of those images from this site.

Your entry stays public for as long as this site operates. It is removed only under "Removal" and "Refunds" in the terms.

We do this to give you what you paid for.

What we keep, and do not publish

Your email address. The payment provider collects it at checkout and passes it to us. We use it to contact you about your entry. It is never shown on any page.

Your agreement to publish immediately. We record the moment you agreed to immediate publication and to giving up the 14-day right of withdrawal, because an agreement we cannot show is an agreement we do not have.

The payment. Its amount, its date, its reference at the payment provider, and whether it was refunded.

The visits your entry earned. That count is for you and for us. It is not published, and the reasons are in the terms.

We keep the first three to perform our contract with you and to meet our tax obligations, and the fourth because a buyer is entitled to know what their payment earned.

Paying

We never receive your card details. The payment provider takes them, together with your email address and whatever else it needs to charge you and to meet its own obligations. It decides for itself what it does with that data, under its own privacy policy. What we send it is the amount and a reference for the purchase.

Visitors

We use no cookies and no third-party analytics.

When somebody follows a link from this site to a buyer's address, we record the time, which entry earned the visit, a two-letter country code for the connection, the site the visitor came from, and whether the visitor looks like a phone, a computer, or a robot. We do not record the network address, and we keep nothing that names a visitor or that follows one from visit to visit.

We add campaign parameters to the outgoing link, so that the site you arrive at can see that the visit came from here.

If you pick a colour on the form, your own browser remembers it, on your own device. That never reaches us.

We count visits so that we can tell a buyer what their entry earned.

Where it is kept, and who else touches it

The records and the images that this site keeps are stored in the European Union.

One company handles personal data for us, and only on our instructions: it hosts this site and keeps its records.

Delivering the site to you means our hosting provider receives your device's network address, and it uses that to serve the site and to defend it. We do not put that address into our own records.

Nobody else receives personal data from us, unless a law or a court requires it.

Reporting an entry

If you write to abuse@siterank.world about an entry, we keep your message and what you tell us about your right to the material, for as long as we need it to deal with the report and to show why we did what we did.

How long we keep things

Your entry stays public for as long as this site operates.

We keep the record of a payment, including the email address attached to it, for as long as this site operates, and in any case for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to.

Removing an entry, or refunding a payment, takes the entry off the site. The record of the payment stays, because the law says it must.

The visit records name nobody, and we keep them for as long as this site operates.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to erase it, to limit what we do with it, to hand it to you in a portable form, or to object to what we do with it. Write to privacy@siterank.world. We answer within the time the law allows.

Two limits are worth saying plainly. We cannot erase a record that tax and accounting law requires us to keep. And erasing your personal data is a different request from taking an entry down, which is done under "Removal" in the terms.

If a law gives you a right that this page does not list, we honour it anyway.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: ours is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), or you can go to the authority in the country where you live.

What you have to give us

To buy an entry you have to give the address you want listed, and an email address at checkout. The form shows what else it needs. Without them we cannot sell you an entry.
